We are pleased to announce the official opening of our resale and leasing division “Premier Properties at Meadowbrook Pointe LLC". The primary purpose for launching this new company is to continue handling the real estate needs of all our present homeowners... at Meadowbrook Pointe as well as the many other communities developed by The Beechwood Organization throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Initially we successfully sold the original 720 new homes and have also been very successful in utilizing all our experience, expertise and professionalism in marketing the beautiful and most valuable resales for the past 3 years. Right now, the sales team has developed a "Boutique” Resale & Leasing office in a new location in the clubhouse and by utilizing our extensive data base of past customers, we have been able to maximize the potential here at Meadowbrook Pointe and in the vast majority of cases, the resales are selling for considerably more than the original sales prices. And, with the tight inventory we have been able to help the individual residents maximize their investments. Along with the resales, we have offered a viable alternative to residents that are not ready to sell their homes by creating a lucrative rental market with little or no expense to the homeowner. The strength of both the resale and rental markets in the area could not be more apparent than the recent announcements of the long awaited “Country Pointe at Plainview” as well as our newest next door neighbor, The Vanderbilt, Beechwood's top end luxury rental property.
